What will I get?
You’ll get full, 24/7 access to a massive database containing complete UK coverage of auction property, renovation property, self-build and development sites, buy-to-let property , and first-time-buyers’ property. We believe this is the largest database of its kind in the UK.

How do I ensure my area is covered by the database?
On annual subscription, we ask you for a list of all the agents you would like to be searched. If they are not already in our database, we will add them, usually within seven to 14 days. No other site does this. This guarantees you don’t miss that local deal and ensures we become one of the UK’s largest property databases. This actually costs us more to do than the annual subscription rate. Take advantage of our stupidity.

How up-to-date is the database?
We constantly update our database 24 hours a day. If the agents’ sites are up-to-date, then so are we.

How do I search the database?
Once you have subscribed, simply log in, choose a county and area of interest and click Go. You can search nationally with us because we have more properties in our database than the competition, who charge much more yet allow you to search only by region.

How much does it cost?
Monthly subscription is just £9.99; yearly subscription is £89.99. Most competitors charge around £25/month and allow you to search by one area of interest and one region.

Is our subscription competitive?
We are the cheapest in our marketplace.

Will subscription rates increase?
Take up an offer promoted by us and you’re guaranteed that rate for at least 12 months. Just ensure you maintain your continuous subscription.

What’s the minimum length of time I can subscribe for ?
One month.
 
Are properties duplicated in the database?
We go to great lengths not to duplicate properties advertised by estate agents in more than one place. We can be 99% certain in each case.

How many properties are in my area?
The search for development opportunities gets harder and harder in the UK, but we find all those that are advertised on the Internet. Check on our home page how many we have in our database - these are live figures.

Can I receive the information by post?
No.

How do I log in?
After you have subscribed, you can access the data by clicking on the 'Login' link at the top right of the home page.

I’ve subscribed - why has nothing happened?

How do I pay?
Payment is by credit/debit card. This is billed monthly until you cancel your subscription.

Security of payment
We use Worldpay as our payment provider. They are part of the Royal Bank of Scotland, highly secure, and the world’s largest Internet payment providers. Click here for more details.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Click the Unsubscribe tab on the home page and follow the instructions. You must do this five working days before your next payment.
