We offer no guarantees or warranties about whether you will be able to use the site, whether it will continue to exist or whether any software will be free from viruses or fit for purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy or truth of any material on the site. We exclude any warranties that would otherwise be implied by law.

We provide links to third-party sites but accept no responsibility for the content and information on them. Please ask permission before linking to us.
Intellectual property
We control any copyrights or trademarks on this site. Subscribing to the site gives you no licence to use ours or anyone else’s trademarks, names or logos.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Check these pages for amendments, as we may change our Ts and Cs at any time. If you disagree with any amendments, please stop using the site immediately.
Our prices
Subscriptions are £9.99 a month or £89 a year. Your minimum commitment is one month. When subscribing, you agree not to resell or transfer any information you find, or transfer your subscription. You must inform us immediately of changes in the expiration date of payment cards or your address.
We will automatically renew your monthly subscription, unless you unsubscribe before your subscription ends. If we do not respond to your request to cancel within 48 hours, you must re-request cancellation.
When you subscribe, you have 7 days to change your mind and get a refund. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site. If you abuse our service in any way, we may terminate your membership without notice. You hereby consent to us taking subscription payment from the credit card you have indicated. Payment must be made through Worldpay, our payment-services provider; all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Liability
We are not responsible in any way for loss or damage (except personal injury or death resulting from our negligence) that you incur by using this site.
Your responsibility
You must not use the site for criminal activity, to infringe intellectual property rights, to infringe acceptable-use policies, or to transmit or distribute a virus. You must independently verify information you get from the site and use anti-virus software on anything you download. You must not hack into or corrupt the site. You must indemnify us immediately on demand, if your use of the site causes loss or damage to any person.
Third-party rights
This Agreement does not offer any third party any benefits under Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
